Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by SuperHigher LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Services

SuperHigher LLC provides AI automation infrastructure, workflow automation systems, AI agent deployment, and related consulting and engineering services.

3. Fees and Payment

• Fees are invoiced monthly in advance
• Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice

4. Intellectual Property

All tools, frameworks, and pre-existing IP used in delivering Services remain our property. Custom work built for you is owned by you upon full payment.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperHigher LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, we provide reasonable assistance in transitioning your workflows and data.
